We'll be back in the Village Hall for our Sunday morning worship. Please come along and join us at 10.30am. 

We will be welcoming one of our oversight team, Brian Meardon who will be sharing about the Holy Spirit with us. 

 

There is usually an evening prayer meeting at 7.30pm

Please check with the notices announced on Sunday Mornings for where the meetings will be.

The Community Choir meet at the Pavilion for 7pm

Rev Roger Morgan from the Mathetes Trust has kindly agreed to run some Summer Ministry training for anyone that would like to discover and deepen their own Christian life.

The dates are Saturday mornings 9.30 am Coffee and Pastries for a 10 a.m. start, ending at noon.

These events are FREE and will be held at The Old School Hall, College Road, Durrington.

Teddy Bears Picnic

Join Durrington Community Church's Tea & Toast team for a fun time. Please bring your own food, but drinks will be provided.

Durrington Vehicle Show 

Thank you to everyone who came along to our stand at the village show

Whether you joined us for our acapella worship in the morning, or to place a prayer on our prayer tree or to enjoy some free bubbles you were all very welcome

 

 

Midweek Fellowship Groups

If you are unable to come along on a Sunday morning to the Village Hall, we have several opportunities to join members of our church at midweek fellowship groups.

 

We are currently enjoying an exciting new course from the Bible Society called "The Bible Course" an eight part accesible and highly informative course to help you understand the world's bestselling book!

The Trussell Trust

The Trussell Trust foodbank needs the following items:

Fruit juice (long life)
Tinned rice pudding
Dried milk
Instant mash
Chocolate
Soup
Tinned green vegetables
Tinned tomatoes.

If you would like to bring an item or two to the church on Sunday Pam Wreford will take it in or there is a collection point in Amesbury Tesco.

 

Please no out of date stuff, it can't be put in food parcels.
