Mission Statement

 

Our mission in Durrington is to lead people to Christ and to help everyone grow in faith through a loving church committed to using everybody’s God given gifts.  

 

Our four emphases are the Bible, Prayer, the Holy Spirit and the Community

 

 

SUNDAY SERVICES 

Our main service starts at 10:30 with tea and coffee beforehand.  

Services normally finish about half past 12.  

We meet every Sunday in the village hall.  However, there are many other activities during the week.

Sunday Services

This Sunday (23rd) we will be continuing our sermon series on the book of Isaiah! 

Andy will be sharing his thoughts on Isaiah 49:1-18

"Strong Foundations for Service" 

The Shack 

A date for your diaries! 

DCC are showing the acclaimed movie THE SHACK, based on the best-selling novel by William P Young and starring Octavia Spencer (The Help) and Sam Worthington.

 

The film will start at 10am and is preceded by breakfast at 9am, to which all are welcome.

 

As the film is a certificate 12, there will be a separate event for children held in the Robinson Room.

Admission to the event is free, but food donations ae invited for the Trussell Trust, a  Salisbury-based charity that co-ordinates the only nationwide network of food banks in the country

 

Tea & Toast

Just a reminder that Tea & Toast has started up again  in our new home, The Old School Hall

This is open for any parentrs, grandparents and carers from 8.45am on Thursday mornings. 

Family Chill

Our family chill event held at the Old School Hall will be back on in October!
